*No returns, exchanges or cancellations are excepted due to the customization of every item I create. All sales are final unless a mistake is made by Crafted by Veronica.

*Custom and Import Taxes: Buyer is responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

*If there is a problem with your order, you have 24 hours after delivery to contact me for a resolution. Proof of damage will need to be shown. I also take my own images of all items before I ship them.

*Glitter contamination can, will and does happen. If you have ordered a tumbler without glitter, please know the possibility of some glitter ending up on your tumbler is possible.

* I am HUMAN, all items are handmade and are subject to minimal imperfections. I strive to create high quality products, however, keep in mind, these are love-crafted products and I am not perfect.

Meet the Maker

Hi, I'm Veronica! I started my glitter tumbler making journey in June 2020 (shocker!). I had no idea what "tumbler making" was, but I was hooked! I spent countless hours on YouTube and Instagram researching and watching process videos and then finally dove in head first and attempted my first cup for myself. I FELL IN LOVE and never looked back. I started selling glitter in November 2021 because, why not, HAHA. Seriously, my obsession with sparkly things is just that real. I am a mom of 2 young boys (4&7) and have been married to my wonderful hubby (he's the one behind the turner making) who completely pushed me to give this a go for almost 12 years now.
